Refund Policy

Summary
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, email us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have been charged for the first time on a paid plan (not a free trial)
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of that first charge
- You email us from the email address registered on your account
2. What Is Not Refundable
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the first charge
- Renewal charges (second payment onwards) — cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge
- Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- Accounts that have been terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
- Free trial periods — the trial is free; there is no charge to refund
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@reconbridge.in from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email]
- Include your Razorpay payment ID if available (found in your payment receipt email).
- You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is welcome.
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm refund eligibility. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days, and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, wallet) used for the transaction. We cannot transfer refunds to a different payment method or bank account.
5. GST on Refunds
ReconBridge subscriptions are subject to GST. When a refund is issued, the GST component is also refunded in full. A credit note will be issued electronically. If you have already used the GST invoice to claim input tax credit, you are responsible for reversing that claim in accordance with GST rules.
6. Annual Plans
Annual plans are subject to the same 7-day refund window. After 7 days, no partial refund is issued for the remaining months on an annual plan. If you wish to downgrade from annual to monthly billing, that change takes effect at the next renewal date — no mid-cycle refund for the difference is provided.
